Refund policy

At Summit Distribution, we value our customers and aim to ensure that every order meets your expectations. As a wholesale supplier, our return policy is designed to maintain product integrity and fair practices for all our clients.

1. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance by our customer support team.

Please contact us at 855-420-2099 within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Items for Return

Only unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
Products must be in resellable condition.
Due to the nature of our products, kratom and kava items are non-returnable once opened or tamper-evident seals are broken.
Closeout or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong items shipped or defective products).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns that are not due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will work promptly to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Circumstances

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

Items returned without prior approval.
Opened, used, or tampered products.
Items returned after 14 days from delivery without communication.
Closeout or clearance merchandise.
